Black Females In Architecture will be joining a V&A Late celebrating the Venice Biennale 2023 alongside many other wonderful participants. You now have the opportunity to finally see our contribution which is the film ‘A voice for the 450 Plus’

The V&A Friday Late brings together some of the artists, architects and creative practitioners involved in this year's Venice Architecture Biennale, which has put Africa and the African diaspora at its centre.

Join us on Friday 27th October from 6:30pm onwards. The screening will happen in the cinema room but we will meet in the main lobby to walk to the cinema together.

Expect performances, talks, installations, and workshops that expand the imagination and the notion of architecture. As Lesley Lokko, the Ghanaian-Scottish curator of this year’s biennale says,

It is impossible to build a better world if one cannot first imagine it.
— Lesley Lokko, Ghanaian-Scottish curator of the biennale

The V&A is located in South Kensington, Cromwell Road, London, SW7 2RL. This is a free event.
