The BFA Mentoring Programme 2026 is in its third year and delivers a structured professional development programme over 12 months, consisting of five workshops combining in-person and online sessions.
The third of the five events is the Interview Skills workshop which will be taking place at Roca Gallery London on Thursday 2 July from 6:30pm to 9:30 pm.
A practical session tailored to architectural recruitment, featuring mock interviews with architects, HR representatives, or recruiters. The workshop explores studio culture, expectations, and confidence-building strategies for crit-style interviews.
The events are open to all, however, members of the BFA community have priority access for a week from the event going live and then 10% discounted rates.
The programme will be hosted by our partners Roca London Gallery with in person events happening in London and the online events open to our international community.
